My journey to flexibility has been quite the battle!
I started dancing at a young age, and by the time I was 6, I could already do the splits! Naturally, the earlier you start, the easier it is. But teenage years can throw you some unexpected challenges... I experienced some knee pain due to growing up, which isn't severe but meant no dancing for several months 😭
When I got back, I was as stiff as Rigidine... I had LOST ALL MY FLEXIBILITY. It was such a drama for a teenager. I lost all confidence in myself and thought I just had to accept my body the way it was. I couldn't stand seeing myself struggle—it felt like it just meant I was no good.
Years go by, and one night I was watching the TV show "Dance Moms." It made me so eager to do the splits again, just like when I was a kid! So, I decided to start stretching again. I also started pole dancing to build muscle (and because it’s super cool), and in just a few months, my splits were back!!
I had simply found THE method (and mindset) that worked. It's the same method I now teach my students. It helps them learn the splits while having fun and enjoying every bit of their progress!

💬: Everyone is different, and that's what makes this program great! You can absolutely extend it beyond 30 days if you want to keep improving. One thing is for sure: by following the program, you will improve!
